Cakes FAQ

To place an order, fill out our contact form and provide us details of your requirements we will get back to you within 24hrs

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least one month prior to your scheduled date or you will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Orders cancelled prior to the one month deadline can be refunded up to 25% of the balance paid.
In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled date, please let us know immediately to discuss options.

As soon as you have booked the venue, please contact us check our availability. We only take a limited number of bookings to ensure that your cake gets the attention that it deserves therefore dates get booked up pretty quickly.

Yes, we provide delivery and set-up at a cost which will be calculated based on the location of the venue. This fee covers petrol, mileage, and time for the delivery and set up.

Cupcakes, Cakepops and Mini Desserts FAQ

Our minimum order of each product type is
12 regular size cupcakes
24 mini cupcakes
24 cake pops
All minimum orders above are of the same flavour

For cupcakes that have fruits or cream cheese frosting store in the fridge and take out at least 45 mins before serving. All other cupcakes can be kept in its box in a cool dry location.

Cake Pops can be stored in its box in a cool dry location.

We offer a personalised service where we are able to print your logo onto our products.
