Hi There! I’m Michelle a cake artist and founder of Irresistible Cakes by Michelle. I have about 14 years of cake experience, have been through many courses and have been taught by Le Cordon Bleu one of the most prestigious culinary schools.

Its only been in the past few years that I’ve finally discovered my style. I love texture and I love modern abstract designs. I am in my element when making these style cakes.
