Hi There! I’m Michelle a cake artist and founder of Irresistible Cakes by Michelle. I have about 14 years of cake experience. I have been through many courses and have been taught by Le Cordon Bleu one of the most prestigious culinary schools.
I see cakes as a work of art and each cake that I create allows me to express my creativity. I love seeing happy clients, from the smile on their faces when they see the final product to the pleasure they feel from their first bite.
